Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all quotations, samples and orders placed with SialTower Industry, Badiana, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan (“SialTower”, “we”). By placing an order or using this website you accept them. Wholesale and private label orders may also be governed by a signed agreement, which takes priority.

2. Wholesale & private label orders

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated. Prices exclude VAT, duties and import taxes unless the quotation says DDP.
  • MOQ: minimum order quantities are stated in the quotation. Standard MOQs are shown on the website for guidance.
  • Samples: sample fees are payable in advance and credited against a bulk order placed within the validity period stated in the quotation.
  • Payment: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment, by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. Production starts when the deposit is received and the sample is approved.
  • Production & delivery dates are estimates and start from sample approval and deposit. We will tell you promptly about any delay. Delays caused by late approvals, late artwork or changes requested by you extend the schedule.
  • Changes & cancellation: once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible, or may incur costs for materials purchased and work done.
  • Quality: goods are inspected against the approved sample and an agreed AQL level. Claims for defects must be made in writing with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or credit defective goods. Natural variation in shade, shrinkage and print position within industry tolerance is not a defect.
  • Title and risk: risk passes under the agreed Incoterm. Title passes on full payment.

3. Retail orders

Prices are shown in USD, GBP or EUR and exclude VAT and duties unless stated at checkout or on the invoice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel orders for pricing errors or unavailability and will refund any payment. Delivery, cancellation and returns are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Consumers in the UK and EU keep their statutory rights.

4. Intellectual property & confidentiality

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, artwork and designs you send us and that they do not infringe third-party rights. Your designs and tech packs remain yours. We keep them confidential, do not reuse them for others and do not produce goods with your brand for anyone else. Our own blank styles, patterns, website content and photographs remain our property. We may not make your product public without your permission.

5. Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring the products meet the labelling, safety and regulatory requirements of your destination market, including care labelling and fibre content. We can help with testing (for example REACH, OEKO-TEX or CPSIA) at your cost.

6. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the affected goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit.

7. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power or transport disruption, port congestion and government action.

8. Governing law & disputes

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Sialkot have jurisdiction. Consumers in the UK and EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer law of their home country. We will always try to resolve any dispute in good faith first: info@sialtower.com.

These terms are a general template prepared for the website and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before launch.
