• Enquiry and quote forms: name, company, email, phone, country, product, quantity, message and any files you upload.
• Orders: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone and order details.
• Technical and usage data: only if you accept analytics cookies. This includes pages viewed, device type, approximate location and form submissions, collected with Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymised).
• Local storage: your cart, currency choice and cookie choice are stored in your browser and are not sent to us.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, produce samples and fulfil orders: performance of a contract or steps before entering a contract.
• To send an automatic confirmation and follow-up about your enquiry: legitimate interests in running our business.
• To meet tax, export and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
• To measure and improve the website with analytics: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
• To prevent spam and abuse (including reCAPTCHA, if enabled): legitimate interests.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and business, such as email and form-handling providers, spreadsheet or CRM tools, Google (analytics and reCAPTCHA, if enabled), couriers and payment providers. They act on our instructions.

5. International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, so data you send us is processed outside the UK and EU/EEA. We use appropriate safeguards where required, such as standard contractual clauses with our providers, and we limit the data we collect to what is needed.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months. Customer and order records: for as long as needed for the contract and for legal retention periods (generally up to 6-7 years for accounting). Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics (default 14 months or less).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, receive a copy in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. California residents can request details of the categories of personal data we collect; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, restrict access to enquiry data and choose reputable processors. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as card numbers by email or through the form.

9. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes
