Our process

From sampling to production, then shipping

A clear, predictable workflow so you always know what happens next, how long it takes and what you will receive.

  1. 1

    Day 0-1

    Enquiry & quotation

Send the Request a Quote form with your product, quantity, artwork or tech pack. We reply within one business day with pricing, MOQ, lead times and fabric options. Not sure what you need? Share a reference photo and we will suggest a spec.

    • Clear quotation in your currency (USD, GBP or EUR)
    • Fabric swatches and colour cards on request
  2. 2

    7-10 working days

    Sampling

We build the pattern and make a prototype sample (10-15 days when fabric or print needs developing). The sample fee is charged up front and credited back against your bulk order. We adjust fit and details until you are happy, then make a pre-production sample.

    • Photos and measurements before dispatch
    • Revisions included until approval
    • Express courier to your door

  3. 3

    Day 0 of production

    Approval & deposit

You approve the final sample, size set and packaging. We confirm the production schedule and send a proforma invoice. A 30% deposit starts fabric booking and cutting.

  4. 4

    25-35 days (jackets 30-45)

    Bulk production

Fabric inspection, cutting, decoration, sewing, washing and finishing. Weekly progress photos. In-line quality checks catch problems early, instead of at the end.

  5. 5

    3-5 days

    Quality control & packing

Final inspection against an agreed AQL level, measurement check and metal detection where needed. Garments are folded, labelled and packed as you specified. You can nominate a third-party inspector, or request photos and video.

    4-7 days express · 25-35 days sea

    Balance & shipping

The 70% balance is paid before shipment. We ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS express, or by air or sea freight for larger orders, on EXW, FOB or DDP terms. As an FBR-registered, PSW-licensed exporter we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and export documents for your customs broker.
