Wholesale & private label shipping

  • Methods: express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, or sea freight (FCL/LCL).
  • Transit times from dispatch: express 4-7 working days to the USA, UK and Europe; air 5-10 days; sea 25-35 days.
  • Terms: EXW, FOB (Karachi) or DDP, as agreed in your quotation.
  • Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, and other export documents prepared by our FBR-registered, PSW-licensed team. Certificates of origin and other documents on request.
  • Duties & VAT: paid by the importer of record unless the quotation is DDP.

Retail shipping

  • Dispatch: within 7-14 days of your order, as items are prepared for you.
  • Delivery: express courier, normally 4-7 working days to the USA, UK and Europe after dispatch. You receive tracking by email.
  • Shipping cost: calculated on your invoice by destination and weight. Free shipping may apply above a stated order value.
  • Customs, VAT & duties: orders are shipped from Pakistan, so import VAT and duty may apply in the UK, EU and USA. The invoice states whether these are included or collected on delivery.

Returns & cancellations: retail

  • UK and EU consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • USA and other countries: we accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days with photos. We will repair, replace or refund, including return postage.
  • Custom or personalised items are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Wholesale claims

Report shortages or defects in writing with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will agree a remedy, which may be replacement, repair or credit. Private label goods are made to your approved sample and cannot be returned for change of mind.
