Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style for T-shirts, hoodies, joggers and tracksuit sets, and 100 pieces per style for jackets, cargo pants and caps. Each style can be split across colours, with a minimum of 25 pieces per colour (50 for jackets and caps). For first trial orders we can discuss lower quantities on selected blank-based styles.

Yes. Many of our customers are new streetwear labels in the USA, UK and Europe. We keep MOQs low, help with tech packs and size charts, and can start from our existing blanks so you can launch with less risk.

Yes. Selected styles are available in our retail shop in USD, GBP or EUR. For anything above retail quantities, send a quote request and we reply with wholesale pricing.

Wholesale prices depend on fabric, GSM, decoration, quantity and packaging, so we quote per request. Send the Request a Quote form with your style, quantity and any artwork, and you will receive a quotation by email, normally within one business day.

Yes. We manufacture under your brand: your woven labels, neck prints, hang tags, polybags and cartons. You can start from one of our blank styles or send your own design and tech pack.

Screen print, puff print, DTF, embroidery (flat and 3D), chenille and felt patches, rubber and woven patches, garment dye, acid and enzyme wash, custom fabric and GSM, custom pockets and trims, branded zip pullers and hardware, woven and printed labels, and custom packaging.

A tech pack is best, but not required. If you only have sketches, reference photos or a similar garment, our team can build the pattern and the tech pack with you. We can also grade your size set.

AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI. Embroidery can be digitised by us from your vector logo.

After you approve the quote, we make a prototype sample. The sample fee is charged up front and credited back against your bulk order. Revisions are included until the fit and details are right, then you approve a final pre-production sample.

Usually 7-10 working days on existing fabrics and 10-15 working days when fabric or print needs to be developed. Jackets can take a few days longer.

Bulk production is typically 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on style and quantity. Jackets and varsity styles take 30-45 days. We confirm the exact date in your quotation.

We check fabric on arrival, inspect in-line during sewing and carry out a final inspection against an agreed AQL level before packing. You can send a third-party inspector, and we send photos or video of your goods before shipment.

Standard terms are a 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, by bank transfer (T/T). Samples can be paid by bank transfer or card. Terms for repeat customers can be discussed.

By express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), typically 4-7 working days door to door, or by air or sea freight for larger orders. We quote EXW, FOB or DDP depending on what suits you.

Yes. SialTower Industry is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) of Pakistan and is licensed on the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) for exports. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents your customs broker needs.

On wholesale orders, the importer of record normally pays duties and VAT in the destination country. We can quote DDP if you prefer us to arrange it. Retail orders show what applies at checkout or in your invoice.

Yes, on request. Third-party lab testing is arranged for you at cost, and we choose compliant dyes and trims where you need them.

Retail items are dispatched within 7-14 days and then travel by express courier, usually 4-7 working days to the USA, UK and Europe.

Retail customers in the UK and EU have 14 days to cancel after delivery under distance-selling law. Unworn items in original condition can be returned. Custom and private label orders are made to your specification and cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
